Cancellations fee for students on or before Wednesday, April 4 will be charged 25% cancellation fee. Cancellations on or after Thursday, April 5 will not be refunded. Registrations ARE transferable, so, if a delegate cannot participate, please call us or send us an email and we will help you transfer the arrangements to another participant.
